QNBpay General Terms, Membership, and Conditions of Use

 

1. Service Description

QNBpay Payment Services Inc. provides member merchants with a variety of payment solutions via Virtual POS, Physical POS, Mobile Application, and Web Panel. All services are designed to offer a convenient, secure, and fast payment infrastructure.

2. General Provisions

  • The content on www.qnbpay.com.tr is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as an offer to sell or purchase.
  • Product allocation is assessed on an individual basis for each user; the final decision rests with QNBpay.
  • Website content and services may be updated without prior notice. Users are advised to check regularly for the most current information.

3. Membership and Account Usage

  • Login is available only to users who have signed a user agreement with QNBpay, completed registration in full, and received QNBpay’s approval.
  • Merchants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • QNBpay reserves the right to verify submitted information and documents.
  • Any changes must be reported immediately. If new circumstances fail to meet QNBpay's standards, services may be suspended or terminated.
  • Accounts are exclusive to the applicant and may not be shared or transferred.
  • Incomplete or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of membership.
  • QNBpay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for risk or security reasons.

4. Terms of Service Use

  • QNBpay services are provided in accordance with rules defined by QNBpay and its partners.
  • Merchants agree to use services within legal and ethical boundaries.
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or misleading use is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in service suspension and notification to legal authorities.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Websites and servers must be secured with appropriate software.
  • Required logos and information must be accurately presented on payment pages.
  • The QNBpay logo may not be used without permission; approved placements must be updated promptly.
  • Product descriptions, return policies, contact, and trade registry information must be clearly provided.
  • Explicit consent must be obtained from end-users for each transaction.
  • Merchants must avoid misuse of the payment infrastructure or misleading practices.

6. Prohibited Content and Products

  • The sale of illegal products or services is strictly prohibited.
  • Upon detection, relevant payments will be rejected and QNBpay services terminated.
  • Legal authorities may be notified as required.
  • High-risk industries may undergo special evaluation; QNBpay reserves the right to reject such applications.

7. Card Information Security

  • Customer card data is stored only in accordance with PCI DSS standards by QNBpay.
  • Use or sharing of this data beyond its intended purpose is strictly prohibited.
  • All systems with access to card data undergo necessary security audits.
  • Storing card data outside QNBpay’s infrastructure is explicitly forbidden.

8. Pricing and Payments

  • Service pricing is determined by user agreements and campaign terms.
  • All pricing details are transparently communicated to users.
  • QNBpay reserves the right to make changes to fees.

9. Service Availability, Interruptions, and Support

  • Services are available 24/7 via the QNBpay web panel and mobile app.
  • Customer support hours: Weekdays: 08:30–22:00 Saturday: 08:30–20:00 Sunday: 08:30–18:30
  • Except for planned maintenance, uninterrupted service is intended.
  • Planned updates are announced in advance; emergency or technical disruptions may occur without prior notice, but users will be informed as soon as possible.
  • QNBpay is not liable for indirect damages due to system delays but provides technical support.

10. Account Closure and Service Termination

  • QNBpay reserves the right to terminate accounts for security and risk reasons.
  • Merchants may leave the service at any time; their account will be closed and any existing transactions finalized.

11. Amendments and Updates

  • QNBpay reserves the right to change service terms and conditions.
  • Updates are communicated to users and published on the official website.
