At QNBpay, we are fully aware of our responsibility to protect user security. To safeguard the information of our merchants and end users, we provide the following guidelines. Please read and follow these recommendations carefully for your safety.

1. Portal and App Login Security

  • Access the QNBpay merchant portal only via https://portal.qnbpay.com.tr/merchant/login.
  • In addition to your username and password, a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile phone will be requested during login. This is part of our two-factor authentication system.
  • Your designated security image is displayed upon login. If you see an unfamiliar image, do not proceed.
  • If you detect any suspicious login attempts, redirections, or unfamiliar interfaces, call the QNBpay Support Line immediately at 0212 319 23 70.

2. Device Security

  • Access the portal and mobile app only from trusted devices.
  • Ensure your computer, tablet, or mobile device has up-to-date antivirus and security software installed.
  • Never log in from public or shared devices (e.g., internet cafes).
  • If your device is lost, stolen, or may have fallen into unauthorized hands, immediately notify the QNBpay Support Line.

3. Mobile App Security

  • Only download or update the QNBpay mobile app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Never share your login credentials or verification codes with anyone.
  • Protect your device using password, fingerprint, or facial recognition.
  • Make sure no one can view your screen while conducting transactions.

4. Email and Communication Security

  • QNBpay will never request card details, usernames, or passwords via email, phone, or SMS.
  • If you receive suspicious emails or messages, do not open or reply to them. Instead, forward them to support@qnbpay.com.tr.
  • Official notifications and announcements are made only through the Merchant Portal, QNBpay’s SMS numbers, or official email addresses. Do not trust communications from unauthorized channels.

5. Password Security

  • Your login password is strictly personal and should never be shared.
  • Create a strong password using uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Change your password periodically. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately and inform QNBpay.

6. Data Protection

  • Customer card details are securely stored within QNBpay systems in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
  • Never share the user information or credentials provided to you with third parties.
  • QNBpay places great importance on the protection of personal data. For details, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

7. What to Do in Case of Loss, Theft, or Information Breach?

If your device or SIM card is:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Taken by force
  • Suspected of unauthorized access

Contact our Call Center immediately at 0212 319 23 70. Your access will be temporarily suspended and the necessary security measures will be taken.
