Born in 1976, Koraş graduated from Boğaziçi University’s Department of Industrial Engineering in 1999 and completed his MBA at Özyeğin University. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked as a specialist at Finansbank A.Ş. In 2004, he assumed the role of Assistant Manager at Aviva. From September 2004 to 2012, he held various positions at Finansbank A.Ş., including Assistant Manager of the Strategy Office, Data Mining Manager, Head of Analytical Marketing, and Group Manager of Portfolio Management and Analytics. Between 2012 and 2015, Koraş served as Director of Retail Payment Systems. As of May 2015, he has been serving as Executive Vice President of Payment Systems.

Born in 1973, Demirkol graduated first in his class from Bilkent University’s Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in 1995. He completed his master's and PhD at Stanford University. Between 1996 and 1997, he worked as an Application Engineer at Oracle-Redwood, and from 1997 to 1999, he served as a Research Assistant at Stanford University. From 1999 to 2003, he was a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company’s Atlanta and Turkey offices. Between 2004 and 2005, he worked as the Group Head of Business Development and Strategy at Finansbank A.Ş., and in 2005, he became Deputy General Manager responsible for IT and Card Operations at Finansbank A.Ş. Russia. From 2005 to 2007, he served as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Memorial Healthcare Group. In 2007, he joined Vakıfbank as Head of the Information Technology Department and was appointed as Deputy General Manager responsible for IT later that year. In 2008, he also took on responsibilities for Operations and ADK. Since August 2010, Demirkol has been working at Finansbank A.Ş. as Deputy General Manager responsible for Information Technology, Operations, Channels, and Business Development.

Okay Yıldırım graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance at Ankara University in 2000, and in the same year, he began his banking career at Garanti Bank as a Management Trainee. He held various managerial positions across departments such as Commercial Banking, SME Banking, Retail Banking, Cash Management, and Foreign Trade at TEB and QNB Finansbank. In 2018, he was appointed as the General Manager of QNB eFinans, the digital transformation fintech arm of QNB Finansbank Group. In addition to this role, he currently serves within the QNB Group as the Head of Corporate Digital Banking, overseeing Corporate Digital Transformation and Corporate Digital Banking. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at QNB Factoring, QNB eFinans, and QNBpay.

Alp Baydar graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2004. He completed the Executive MBA program at Özyeğin University in 2011 and the HBS High Potentials Leadership Program in 2022. He began his career in 2004, working in marketing and management consulting across various industries. Baydar joined QNB Bank in 2007 and has held various positions in Retail Banking, SME Banking, Corporate & Commercial Banking, and Payment Systems. With experience in business development, marketing, and sales, he has been serving as the General Manager of QNBpay since 2022.

Born in 1977, Ercan Sakarya graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University in 1999. Between 1999 and 2006, he held various positions within the Financial Control and Planning Group of Dışbank/Fortis Bank Turkey. He was later assigned to Fortis Bank Belgium, where he took on different managerial roles in the Financial Control and Planning organization of BNP Paribas Fortis from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, he served as the Finance Manager for Asset and Liability Management within the Asset and Liability Management and Treasury Group at Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB). In 2013, Sakarya joined the Financial Control and Planning Group of Finansbank A.Ş. as the team manager for Financial & Statutory Reporting and Treasury Control. As of 2024, he is serving as the Managing Director responsible for Financial Control and Planning at QNB Bank A.Ş.

Özhan Dönder completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Middle East Technical University between 2002 and 2007. He began his career in 2007 as an Assistant Auditor at Finansbank. Over the course of 15 years in the Audit Board, he held various roles as both auditor and manager in branch audits, head office audits, investigations, GRC system administration, and regulatory reporting. In 2022, he joined QNBpay as the Risk Management and Compliance Manager, where he led the establishment of risk and compliance processes. In 2024, he was appointed as the Internal Systems Manager, a role he currently continues to hold.

Hüseyin Bostancı completed his undergraduate studies in Economics and Mathematics at Istanbul Bilgi University between 2003 and 2008. During the same period, from 2005 to 2008, he also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Mathematics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

In February 2008, he completed an internship at the Treasury Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT). Bostancı began his professional career as an Auditor at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, where he worked from September 2010 to June 2016. He then served as the Internal Control Manager at Turkcell Payment and Electronic Money Services Inc. from June 2016 to April 2022. Since May 2022, he has been continuing his career as the Internal Control Manager at QNBPAY Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc.

Barışcan Tüfekçi completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Relations at Yıldız Technical University between 2008 and 2013. In September 2024, he began the Executive MBA program at Koç University.

He started his professional career as a Customer Manager at Metro Cash and Carry between 2014 and 2015. Tüfekçi then joined QNB Finansbank, where he served as a Senior Assistant Internal Auditor from 2015 to 2018, as an Internal Auditor from 2018 to 2020, and as a Senior Internal Auditor from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, he became the Product Development and Market Research Manager at UPT Payment Services and Electronic Money Inc. From 2021 to 2023, he worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at QNB Finansbank. In 2023, Tüfekçi joined QNBpay as the Assistant Manager of Risk Management and Compliance, and in 2024, he was promoted to the position of Risk Management and Compliance Manager, a role he continues to hold.
